Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 July 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kesoria website, calculators, guides, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Educational purpose only - not financial advice
Kesoria provides tools and general information for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your specific circumstances.
Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product, or to adopt any particular strategy.
3. Estimates and no warranty of accuracy
Our calculators use standard formulas together with simplifying assumptions. Results are estimates and illustrations, not guarantees. Real-world outcomes depend on factors the tools may not capture, including taxes, fees, inflation, market behaviour, and rules that vary by country and provider.
We work to keep the Service accurate and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for independently verifying any result before acting on it, ideally with a licensed adviser.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to harm others.
5. Accounts
Some features require a free account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk.
6. Payments and Merchant of Record
Kesoria is operated by Francis M..
Our order process is conducted by Dodo Payments, which acts as our Merchant of Record ("MoR") - the authorised reseller and legal seller of record for all orders. As the seller of record, our MoR appears as "Dodo Payments" on your card statement and handles payment processing, billing enquiries, and returns.
When you purchase a paid plan, you will see the product, its price, and any recurring-billing terms clearly before you complete payment, and you must accept these Terms and our Refund Policy at checkout. Card details are handled by our MoR; Kesoria never receives or stores your payment card information.
7. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are offered on a recurring subscription basis (for example, monthly or annual) as described at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or via our MoR. On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
8. Refunds
Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed by our MoR. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, design, and software, is owned by Kesoria or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
10. Third-party services and links
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services and websites (including our payment provider, authentication, and hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kesoria and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss arising from decisions made using the Service. Your use of the Service and reliance on its results are at your own risk.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kesoria from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law.
13. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability - will continue to apply.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Kesoria. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with those laws. The specific governing jurisdiction should be confirmed with legal counsel and stated here before public launch.
